MF System
The MF system can be specially designed to suit the CNC horizontal machining center and the traveling column machining center. Frame and trauching rail designs are available. We also offer protection design for spindle movement.
The "Standard System" of the MF modular finned bellows cover system will be equipped with SUN YUAN'S sliding block in combination with FGC series on two axes.
The "High Speed System" of the modular finned bellows cover system will be equipped with SUN YUAN's sliding wheel mechanism, allowing rapid traverse rate to reach 60 M/min.
The "Ultra High Speed System" of the modular finned bellows cover system will be equipped with SUN YUAN's patented synchronized mechanism and rail wheel mechanism, which enable rapid traverse rate to reach 80 M/min. If traverse rate over 80 M/min is required, contact our R&D department.
The Finned bellows cover is a modular design, which is easy to install on X ,Y-axis or X, Y, Z-aixs.
